Inclusion

Making science accessible for everyone is not limited only in terms of reaching the broader publics. There is still a lot to be done within academia to ensure equity and representation among its members.  

 

As a Mexican female astronomer, this is something that is of special importance to me. I am member of the Gender and Diversity Network of the Faculty of Geophysics, Earth Sciences and Astronomy of the University of Vienna.

 

I usually attend courses and workshops related to these topics, and I am always willing to participate in related initiatives, also by giving talks.
